As we expand our presence, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth and deliver our transformative solutions to the EMEA and USA healthcare sectors. The role is based in our Copenhagen office.

Role Overview:

As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in growing our customer base by researching, prospecting, and driving a qualified sales funnel. Your high-energy, strategic outreach will create opportunities while establishing yourself as a core brand ambassador for Teton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales-qualified leads by conducting high-energy outbound activities through various channels such as calls, emails, conferences, and social media

  • Drive demand generation by understanding customer challenges and providing tailored information and solutions based on each prospect’s unique requirements.

  • Represent Teton with enthusiasm and deep product knowledge, setting the stage for long-term customer relationships.

  • Work toward exceeding lead generation and sales pipeline targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6 months - 2 years of sales experience (SaaS sales or recruitment is ideal but not essential)

  • Proven track record of high-energy outbound prospecting and strong outbound pipeline generation.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a clear ability to engage executives and decision-makers.

  • Experience with CRM systems and outbound tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Highly driven, adaptable, and excited about working in a high-growth environment.
