About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care — using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize data-driven performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including search, social, and programmatic, with a focus on driving high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Establish and manage a robust analytics infrastructure to track performance across all channels and campaigns, ensuring clear visibility into key metrics such as CAC, LTV, CPA, and ROI.

  • Own marketing budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring spend is aligned with strategy and ROI targets are met or exceeded.

  • Develop and lead a systematic testing and optimization framework, including A/B testing and rapid experimentation, to continuously improve campaign efficiency and marketing impact.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment, shared KPIs, and seamless hand-off of qualified leads.

  • Drive reporting and insights generation, presenting actionable data to internal stakeholders and making performance recommendations based on outcomes.

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and innovations, leveraging new tools, channels, and techniques to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Manage and coordinate external agencies or vendors, where applicable, to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environment

  • Experience in managing paid campaigns across major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, programmatic networks)

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience identifying critical performance metrics, building dashboards, conducting cohort analysis, and translating complex performance data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights, articulate strategies, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams around shared performance goals.

  • Fluent in A/B testing and growth experimentation, with a test-and-learn mindset and a commitment to iterative improvement.

  • Proficiency with key tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms.

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of owning multiple high-impact campaigns and initiatives concurrently.

  • Collaborative, low-ego team player who works well across functions and contributes to a culture of shared ownership.

  • Highly adaptable, resourceful, and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.

Bonus: Experience in B2B healthcare or enterprise tech, familiarity with GenAI tools, and exposure to lifecycle or segmentation-based marketing.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
