About Teton
Teton is building the foundational data layer for point-of-care healthcare. Using real-time, multimodal AI and computer vision, we generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment, turning previously invisible moments into structured, actionable data.
Our proprietary sensor and edge-compute platform enables care teams to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and improve safety and operational performance across entire facilities. Teton delivers continuous, objective insight at the point of care, helping healthcare providers make better decisions and deliver better outcomes without compromising privacy or dignity.
The Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with strong go-to-market and sales-enablement ownership to sit at the intersection of product, customer insight, and commercial execution. This role will be the first PMM hire in our company and be thought of as a foundational partner to build out the product marketing function within the org.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring Teton’s capabilities are clearly understood, effectively launched, and successfully adopted. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to translate complex AI-driven functionality into clear value propositions, compelling narratives, and practical tools that help teams sell, deploy, and use the product effectively.
This is a hands-on role with high ownership, suited for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Own product positioning and messaging across the product lifecycle, tailoring value propositions to distinct stakeholder groups including frontline staff, nurse managers, executive directors, operators, families, and capital partners.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new features and capabilities, working cross-functionally to deliver launches on time and with clear success criteria.
Translate complex technical and AI-driven capabilities into simple, differentiated product narratives grounded in real customer problems and outcomes.
Partner closely with Sales to build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, competitive battle-cards, demo guidance, and launch briefings.
Enable commercial teams with clear guidance on how to position, demo, and sell Teton’s capabilities across different buyer personas and care settings.
Build and maintain a centralized, searchable library of product and sales collateral so teams can quickly find the right asset for any customer interaction.
Act as the internal source of truth for market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback, continuously refreshing insights and feeding them into positioning and product decisions.
Define and track KPIs related to product launches, adoption, usage, and sales enablement effectiveness, sharing insights broadly to inform iteration and prioritization.
Maintain tight feedback loops between customers, Sales, and Product to ensure what we build and ship maps directly to real-world needs.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a closely related product or marketing-facing role.
Proven ability to translate technically complex products into clear, compelling value propositions for multiple customer personas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell structured, outcome-driven product stories.
Experience supporting sales teams through product launches, enablement, and customer-facing narratives.
Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams.
A data-driven mindset, with experience defining and using metrics to evaluate product and go-to-market effectiveness.
Creative, structured thinker who leverages modern tools, including GenAI, to increase productivity and execution speed.
Highly collaborative, hands-on, and ownership-driven; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and participation in our warrant (equity) program.
The opportunity to work on state-of-the-art technology in a category-defining space.
A high-trust, learning-focused environment with meaningful ownership and autonomy.
A role where your work directly impacts how care is delivered every day.
What It’s Like Working at Teton
Teton is a small, ambitious team solving hard problems that matter. The pace is fast, the learning curves are steep, and ownership is expected. You’ll be challenged, supported, and trusted to drive meaningful outcomes. We’re building for the long term and looking for people who want more than a role, they want to help define a category. If that resonates, we’d love to talk.
