The Role

As Teton’s Talent Acquisition Partner (US Commercial), you’ll play a critical role in building the teams that power our next stage of growth in the USA. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll own hiring across multiple functions, helping us attract exceptional talent in a highly competitive market while shaping the systems, processes, and candidate experience that define how we scale.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and oversee:

  • Recruitment Journey - Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with candidates to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage.

  • Market & Industry Trends - Stay plugged into market and industry trends to spot top talent from business development, growth, and marketing to customer success and account management.

  • Be a Partner - Partner closely with leadership across teams to ensure every hire aligns with team goals and company vision.

  • Culture Champion - Champion Teton’s culture at every touchpoint, whether you’re connecting with candidates, hosting networking events, or representing us at conferences and career fairs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-5 years of recruiting experience, hiring the best people.

  • High Volume Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Mindset: An owner-operator approach, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly at all levels.

  • Bonus Points: Experience recruiting for companies with large ACV in complex deals.
