The Role

As Teton's Talent Acquisition Partner for Technical & Product, you'll play a critical role in building the engineering, research, and product teams that power our next stage of growth. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll own hiring across software engineering, machine learning, computer vision, data, design, and product, helping us attract exceptional technical talent in a highly competitive market while shaping the systems, processes, and candidate experiences that define how we scale.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and oversee:

  • Recruitment Journey - Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with engineers, researchers, designers, and product managers, to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage.

  • Market & Industry Trends - Stay plugged into the technical talent landscape and emerging trends across AI/ML, computer vision, software engineering, and product to spot top talent before the rest of the market does.

  • Be a Partner - Partner closely with engineering, research, and product leadership to deeply understand technical requirements, calibrate on what "great" looks like, and ensure every hire aligns with team goals and company vision.

  • Culture Champion - Champion Teton's culture at every touchpoint, whether you're connecting with candidates, hosting technical meetups and networking events, or representing us at engineering conferences and university career fairs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-5 years of technical recruiting experience, hiring the best tech talent.

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to own the end-to-end recruiting process-  sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding top talent across Engineering, Machine Learning/AI, Product, and Design.

  • Mindset: An owner-operator approach, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly with both technical hiring managers and candidates at all levels of seniority.

  • Bonus Points: Experience hiring for deep tech products (not pure SaaS or AI wrappers).
