• Obsessed with shipping fast - you hack on side projects and can't stop building

• Uses LLM tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate development, if you don’t you’re too slow

• Strong TypeScript/React skills and experience with real-time systems

• You learn fast and take ownership of technical decisions

• Real-time monitoring system processing IoT sensor data

• ML-powered predictive alerts that nurses rely on 24/7

• Infrastructure that scales across multiple countries

• Features shaped by direct hospital feedback
