From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery. Teton entered the U.S. market in early 2025 and has already contracted with multiple leading senior living operators. With strong demand and a clear product-market fit, this role represents our third strategic sales hire in the U.S., focused on scaling our presence across the Northeast territory. It's a rare opportunity to drive market expansion and define how we win in one of our highest-potential regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a GTM strategy to grow Teton’s footprint across the senior living and SNF segment in the Northeast U.S.
Own the full sales cycle — from high-volume outbound prospecting and conference attendance to closing multi-stakeholder, enterprise contracts.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasting and deal updates through our CRM — with a consistent focus on meeting or exceeding quota.
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape our U.S. market approach.
What We’re Looking For
4–10 years of experience in high-value SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or a similarly complex, regulated environment. Experience and an existing executive network in the senior living segment is a strong plus. Equally valuable is experience selling innovative, disruptive solutions — shaping buyer vision in markets without pre-defined budgets.
Consistent track record of exceeding million-dollar new business quotas, with experience closing high six-figure ACV deals and managing long sales cycles.
A hunter mindset paired with consultative selling skills — able to build pipeline at scale and influence senior executives through complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Must be based in the Northeast U.S. (preferably New York or Boston area).
