About the Role

For the next six months you will be Teton’s people engine. Your mandate is simple: Significantly increase our current headcount of A-players across GTM, operations, product, and AI by year-end, while designing the end-to-end talent process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle talent acquisition: source, engage, assess, and close top talent.

  • Partner with founders on role scoping and compensation

  • Guard cultural fit: intuit founder “taste” and screen for values alignment.

  • Convert top-tier candidates who join for mission, impact, and growth equity, not cash.

  • Bonus: Build the wider People function (onboarding, talent ops).
