As VP of Marketing at Teton, you will lead the development and execution of a bold and comprehensive marketing strategy that shapes how we are seen, heard, and felt across the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, brand & content, performance and events. You will build a high-performing team and a marketing engine that drives visibility, demand, trust, and category leadership.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our SVP of Strategic Growth and Director of Revenue, and serving as a key member of the leadership team, you will translate company strategy into a powerful brand and marketing vision that resonates with customers, partners, and the broader market. You’ll work across functions to drive commercial impact, and elevate Teton into a defining voice in the future of healthcare delivery.


Key responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement marketing strategies that fuels growth, shapes our public narrative, and positions Teton as the leader in AI for care delivery.

  • Cross functional: Align marketing priorities with broader company goals, translating product, commercial, and operational strategies into impactful marketing initiatives

  • Brand & Category Leadership: Craft and evolve our brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity as we scale.

  • Go-to-Market & Demand Generation: Build a demand generation engine that drives qualified pipeline and shortens sales cycles across the healthcare system and senior living communities.

  • Product Marketing: Drive tight collaboration with Product and Engineering to bring new features to market, shape go-to-market plans, and ensure messaging reflects product capabilities and differentiation

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a world-class marketing team.

  • Analytics & Budget Ownership: Own the marketing budget and marketing performance metrics, using data to continuously test, learn, and refine strategies that improve performance


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in marketing

  • Track record of scaling marketing at a high-growth tech or healthtech company

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to set vision and execute

  • Deep experience with category creation, narrative development, and product positioning

  • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with a high bar for quality

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with evolving priorities

  • Passionate about healthcare, technology, and building a mission-driven company
