Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming their strategic advisor.

  • Develop and communicate clear ROI models for each client site, using operational and financial data to validate measurable impact (e.g., NOI uplift).

  • Establish a regular reporting cadence to demonstrate delivered value and ensure alignment with client KPIs.

  • Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities and applying value-based selling, grounded in performance data and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

  • Polished and persuasive communicator who can tailor messaging to both operators and executives.

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial modeling (e.g., impact on NOI, payback period, OpEx reduction), able to use to drive commercial conversations.

  • Strategic thinker who can build long-term plans to expand accounts and mitigate risks proactively. Go-getter mindset, understands how to leverage strategic client relationships to achieve commercial success.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with deployment, product, and sales to ensure client success and retention.

  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented in responding to client needs and challenges.

Not required but nice if you have:

  • Prior experience in consulting or banking, particularly in client-facing or strategic roles.

  • Industry experience in healthcare, senior living, or enterprise B2B / SaaS environments.

  • Proven ability to structure and lead executive business reviews with senior stakeholders.
