About Teton
Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.
The Role
Be the operational backbone for people and day-to-day execution. You’ll be an essential part of Teton as we scale, and our first People hire, so you get to shape the function. Your focus will be on continuously hiring the most urgent talent, make onboarding seamless, and tighten internal processes so the team can move faster.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
Coordinate hiring end-to-end: job posts, scheduling, candidate comms, references, offers
Own onboarding/offboarding: contracts (standard employment templates per country), equipment, accounts, Day-1 checklist, 30-day plans.
Prepare payroll changes and benefits updates with our providers; keep HRIS and employee records up to date
Maintain clear, simple documentation: role scorecards, interview rubrics, policy docs, and templates.
Track the most crucial hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-schedule, offer acceptance).
Business Operations
Office ops: access, facilities, supplies, travel, team events.
Asset/equipment tracking and provisioning; keep an accurate register.
Write short SOPs and set up simple forms/checklists to remove manual work.
Automating tasks, and integrating data sources (We use Deel as global payroll provider)
What We’re Looking For (Must-haves)
2–5 years in People Ops/Operations at a fast-moving company.
Strong organiser with high attention to detail; reliable under time pressure.
Highly curious, and wanting to expand task area
Some experience drafting docs, and experience/willingness to draft legal contracts (internal counsel will review)
A strong urge to work with (and find) the best talent in the world
Bonus: experience with Deel or similar global payroll, or willingness to learn basic system integrations and workflow automations.
