About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time AI to generate a digital twin of resident, staff, and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform empowers  senior care providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Our customers are senior care providers. You will own the customer journey from the moment of contract signature through to onboarding of users (care staff, nursing experts, residents and their families, etc) and long-term success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate smooth implementation of Teton’s solution and drive its adoption by care staff and leadership team equally 

  • Build strong relationships with end users through empathy and going the extra mile when needed, which may mean joining a night shift and traveling

  • Troubleshoot with our product and engineering teams

  • Provide impeccable customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

  • Partner with our business development teams to run successful QBRs, identifying and acting on expansion opportunities.

  • Contribute to our goal of continually enhancing our product and service based on customer feedback and needs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Obsessed with creating the best customer experience. You enjoy visiting customers and will be able to travel to their customer site regularly.

  • Proactive, high-sense of ownership and agency, passionate about what you do.

  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS or other tech enabled services. Adept at onboarding and training new users.

  • Excited about being part of a dynamic team that implements solutions and initiates new customer relationships.

  • Great at structuring and planning.

  • Curious and have an outgoing profile with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Must have a valid drivers license.
