About Teton
Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care — using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data, empowering providers to improve care outcomes, workforce efficiency, and decision-making.
We’re entering a rapid commercial scaling phase across the U.S., UK, and EU with enterprise motions, long-cycle deals, and a hybrid hardware-plus-software model. This role is a cornerstone in scaling the GTM engine — where systems, data, and process are your domain. You’ll join as our first dedicated RevOps hire, owning the end-to-end GTM infrastructure and building the foundation for a scalable global revenue organization.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
GTM systems & data: Own the revenue stack (HubSpot, enablement, enrichment/AI tools), automation, integrations, and data hygiene to ensure a single source of truth.
Revenue analytics & forecasting: Build driver-based forecasts, apply multi-touch attribution to reveal revenue drivers, monitor pipeline health, and deliver board-level insights with early-warning signals.
Territories, quotas & comp design: Optimize existing territory structures and account coverage, model capacity and headcount plans, refine quotas, and design incentive plans aligned to enterprise SaaS + hardware economics.
Deal desk & commercial operations: Design and enforce scalable processes for pricing governance, exception handling, and contracting workflows; partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support complex enterprise deals and ensure compliance.
Revenue lifecycle & operating cadence: Establish shared definitions, SLAs, and handoffs across Marketing → Sales → CS; govern MQL/SQL, pipeline hygiene, renewals/expansion, and weekly/quarterly operating rhythms.
Team & process scaling: Build the RevOps function, standardize playbooks, and lead continuous improvement across GTM.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in GTM/Revenue Operations, with proven success scaling from Seed/Series A to B/C.
Degree in an analytics-heavy discipline (STEM, economics, computer science).
Stack architect & data owner: admin-level HubSpot expertise — able to take an existing, lightly configured instance and scale it into a global, enterprise-grade system through governance, automation, and integration with sales, marketing, and CS tools.
Forecasting & revenue analytics: track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, building exec/board dashboards, and deploying multi-touch attribution to reveal drivers of revenue predictability.
Coverage, quotas & incentives: experience designing territories/capacity models, quota setting, and comp plans aligned to enterprise cycles and hybrid SaaS + hardware economics.
Change leadership: proven ability to drive adoption by codifying processes, shipping concise playbooks, training teams, and iterating based on data-observed friction.
AI-literate toolset: pragmatic use of AI-enabled workflow tools to boost precision, personalization, and productivity — without sacrificing data quality.
