As Commercial Enablement Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, commercial strategy, and customer success, ensuring that Teton wins, delivers, and expands major deals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Partner with the sales team to manage technical + commercial workstreams for enterprise deals across RFPs, public/private tenders, and framework agreements (e.g., SKI) — from requirements capture through submission.

  • Build the commercial and technical backbone of how Teton shows value — via business case modelling, ROI analysis, and structured proposal development.

  • Translate Teton’s model into exec-ready, customer-facing narratives/outcomes that resonate with executives, operators, and clinical leaders.

  • Work cross-functionally (Product, Ops, Finance) and directly with customers to ensure alignment in customer delivery.

  • Support the development of sales materials and playbooks (case studies, bid responses, commercial decks), ensuring consistency and continuously optimizing the sales & commercial journey.

This is a role for someone who is analytical, commercially sharp, technically literate, and thrives in front of customers. You’ll have both strategic impact (shaping how Teton wins deals) and hands-on execution (building models, leading RFP responses, working in the room with clients).

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.

  • 2–4+ years experience in sales enablement, sales engineering, consulting, or commercial strategy, ideally with exposure to public and private tender processes in healthcare or a highly regulated industry.

  • Strong grasp of business modelling, financial ROI, and technical solution positioning.

  • Excellent communicator: can simplify complexity, build trust with executives, and hold your own in technical discussions.

  • Customer-facing confidence: you enjoy being in the room with decision-makers, not just working behind the scenes.

  • Ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and motivated by impact.
