The Role

Be the talent engine behind Teton’s growth. As our first recruiter in the U.S., you’ll build and own the recruiting function end-to-end—developing creative strategies to attract top talent across multiple teams and regions. You’ll design scalable hiring processes, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer. Partnering closely with the VP, Talent & People and leadership team, you’ll shape our hiring processes, advise on org design, and lay the foundation for a world-class talent function that scales with Teton’s ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and oversee:

  • Recruitment Journey - Own the full recruiting journey from sourcing and building genuine relationships with candidates to delivering standout interview experiences and guiding them through the offer stage.

  • Market & Industry Trends - Stay plugged into market and industry trends to spot top talent from GTM/sales and marketing to customer success and product.

  • Be a Partner - Partner closely with leadership across teams to ensure every hire aligns with team goals and company vision.

  • Culture Champion - Champion Teton’s culture at every touchpoint whether you’re connecting with candidates, hosting networking events, or representing us at conferences and career fairs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting experience with an agency/search firm.

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to own the end-to-end recruiting process — sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding top talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

  • Mindset: An owner-operator approach — organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly at all levels.

  • Time Zone: Candidates must reside within the Eastern Time Zone.

  • Bonus Points: Experience in high-volume hiring, or recruiting for international teams, ideally within B2B tech startups.
