About Teton.ai

Teton.ai is building the foundational data layer for the point of care using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire communities. From senior living to hospital wards, our platform delivers unprecedented access to real‐time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

The role

In this pivotal role you will shepherd our clients from successful pilot to scalable expansion. You will be the lead point of contact for a defined set of accounts after initial contract signing, driving growth, retention and value delivery. Your focus: convert pilot momentum into multi-site deployments, renewals and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Own growth and renewal targets for assigned accounts, crafting and executing account plans that translate pilot outcomes into scalable value.

  • Build and deepen relationships with C-suite and senior leadership at customer organizations, aligning Teton’s platform with their operational objectives and growth strategy.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to ensure account outcomes are delivered, risks are mitigated, and value is clearly communicated.

  • Maintain CRM discipline; update pipeline, forecast account health and manage risk indicators to provide leadership clear visibility into account status.

  • Lead presentations and business reviews that articulate ROI, outcomes and expansion opportunity.

  • Stay abreast of senior-living, healthcare and AI/tech trends; leverage market insights to position Teton as a strategic, forward-thinking partner.

  • Travel periodically to meet with clients, attend key milestones, and activate growth within the organization

What you bring

  • 5+ years of SaaS enterprise account management or enterprise sales experience, ideally within healthcare, senior living or technology-enabled services.

  • Demonstrated track record of growth and retention in enterprise accounts, post-implementation, not just initial sale.

  • Exceptional ability to engage senior executives, influence through data/insights and build trusted relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams in an evolving startup context.

  • Self-starter mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and building structure where little exists.

  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Gong, G-Suite/Office, Slack) and the discipline to maintain accurate account data.

  • Willingness to travel within the US as required.

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary plus equity participation (stock options)

  • Opportunity to shape the role and framework for future Account Managers

  • A mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions materially impact outcomes for providers and residents.

  • 401(k) plan, paid time off, health insurance.
