About Teton
Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to hospital wards, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.
About the role
With growing deployments across the US and Europe and strong demand for operational clarity from institutional owners, we are expanding our work with capital partners. This is a rare opportunity to shape how REITs, private equity firms, developers, and other institutional owners gain visibility into their senior-care assets and improve performance through real-time operational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and deliver Teton’s narrative for institutional owners, clearly articulating how operational visibility improves asset performance
Map the landscape of REITs, private equity firms, developers, and other institutional owners, identifying the right entry points and decision-makers
Develop the strategy for how Teton engages capital partners, including prioritization, sequencing, and the channels that matter
Lead the full cycle of engagement with capital partners, from opening senior conversations through to pilot signature
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and mid-level influencers across asset management, operations, and investment teams
Collaborate with Strategic Growth, Sales, Product, and Deployment to shape pilot design, ensure success, and support expansion
Bring back insights from capital partners that inform Teton’s GTM approach and help accelerate our broader commercial efforts
What we are looking for
Experience within REITs, private equity, developers, or other institutional owners in senior housing or adjacent real estate
Deep understanding of how institutional owners evaluate operational performance and manage operator relationships
Ability to frame operational issues in terms that matter to institutional owners, including asset performance, risk exposure, and operator capability
Strong analytical judgment with comfort navigating financial models, operational metrics, and ambiguous information
Confident, precise communicator able to engage senior leaders and shape strategic conversations
High agency, commercially driven. Can own, build and advance a pipeline
Strong relationship instincts and the ability to read organizational dynamics
Curiosity to understand Teton’s product deeply.
What we offer
Competitive salary and participation in our warrant program
Work with state-of-the-art technology in a rapidly evolving field
vibrant, learning-focused work environment
401(k) plan, paid time off, and health insurance
