About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the resident and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. From assisted living communities to skilled nursing facilities, our system delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

About the role

Senior care is one of the most consequential and least modernized sectors in healthcare. Teton is changing that, and the partnerships we build will determine how fast we get there.

This role exists to build and lead Teton's partner ecosystem. The Ecosystem Partners Lead will develop and advance relationships with clinical, operational, and technology partners across the senior living ecosystem, creating the alliances that strengthen Teton's market position and accelerate commercial growth. This is a role for someone who combines genuine relationship instincts with the discipline to manage a growing portfolio of partnerships with clarity and consistency.

Some partnerships will be yours to lead. Others you will support alongside the sales team or leadership. What matters is the outcome: a partner ecosystem that makes Teton's go-to-market motion faster and stronger.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and advance partnerships with clinical, operational, and technology partners across the senior living ecosystem, with a focus on creating mutual commercial value and joint go-to-market opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain a clear, current view of Teton's full partner landscape, ensuring leadership always knows where every relationship stands and what is driving it forward.

  • Support sales-led partnerships effectively, ensuring coordination between Teton's sales team and external partners adds real value to active opportunities.

  • Bring partner insights back into the organization to inform GTM strategy, product positioning, and prioritization decisions.

  • Represent Teton within the partner community, building credibility and presence across industry events and networks.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in senior living, SNF, or adjacent healthcare sectors, with existing relationships across the ecosystem.

  • A track record of building partnerships that produced real commercial outcomes.

  • Genuine operational discipline. The ability to bring structure and visibility to a complex, fast-moving portfolio of relationships.

  • Strong relationship instincts and the ability to build trust with a wide range of external stakeholders, from regional leads to C-level executives.

  • Clear, confident communication. Able to represent Teton's value proposition credibly across a range of partner conversations.

  • High agency. Comfortable defining priorities, moving independently, and creating structure where little exists.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and participation in our warrant program

  • A state-of-the-art technology with real commercial momentum, deployed across the US and Europe, in a sector ready for transformation.

  • Full benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.
