Product Manager – Storytelling & Execution (Copenhagen)

  • Product Management
  • Full-time
  • Copenhagen, DK

About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident acuity, and streamline workflows across entire facilities. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.

As we grow, one challenge becomes increasingly important: Making a powerful product easy to understand—internally and externally.

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager with a focus on product storytelling. This is a product management role with full ownership of product initiatives, combined with a core focus on how the product is understood across customers and teams. You would be reporting to the Director of Product Management, within the Product and Engineering organization.

  • You will lead product work end-to-end (like any strong PM)

  • You will also ensure everything we build is clearly understood—by customers, prospects, and internal teams

  • Develop a strong technical understanding of how the product works—from sensors and data processing to AI models and workflows—and translate that into clear, structured narratives.

This role sits in Product, but works across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Storytelling & Content

You will translate product into clear narratives and materials:

  • Create sales enablement materials for new features and workflows

  • Write product explainers for marketing and website content

  • Collaborate with Marketing on FAQs and positioning content

  • Collaborate with Marketing on video production content and product demos

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all touch points

This is not copywriting. It requires deep understanding of the product, the customer, and the problem we are solving.

2. Product Documentation

You will own how the product is documented:

  • Write internal product documentation (how things work, why they exist)

  • Create and maintain user-facing documentation (help center, guides, onboarding content)

  • Turn complex functionality into simple, structured explanations

3. Feature Launch Support

You will help shape how new features are introduced:

  • Turn product work into clear launch narratives

  • Define how features are explained to customers and sales

  • Ensure launches are coherent, consistent, and easy to understand

4. Product Management

You will also operate as a traditional product manager:

  • Lead product initiatives from idea to launch

  • Work closely with design and engineering

  • Contribute to discovery, scoping, and prioritization

  • Bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines product thinking with exceptional communication skills and the ability to understand complex systems.

Must-Have

  • Experience in product management, or similar roles

  • Strong ability to craft compelling product narratives and explain complex topics clearly and simply

  • Excellent writing skills in English

  • Ability to develop a deep technical understanding of complex products (e.g., AI systems, data pipelines, or hardware-software systems)

  • Structured thinking and strong problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably AI, or data-heavy products

  • Experience in healthcare or elderly care industry

  • Experience working with sales teams or customer-facing teams

Location

  • Based in Copenhagen - At this stage of our journey, we require a physical presence at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. We believe close collaboration enables the fastest and most efficient iteration cycles—helping us build an impactful product that care professionals truly love to use.

  • Occasional travel to visit international customers

Why Join Teton

  • Competitive Salary and participation in our warrant program.

  • Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

  • A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

  • A role where you can make a significant impact on care delivery.
